Kristin Fisher has joined CNN on 20 July 2021. She is CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. As a Space and Defense Correspondent she covers everything including NASA to the recently formed Space Force as well as commercial space firms as well as space tourism. Kristin was mother of NASA astronauts as well as an avid space fan has spent her entire childhood in the industry. She worked for five years as the White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy under the Trump and Biden Administrations. She also covered the 2020 presidential campaign and efforts by two administrations to fight the coronavirus. Additionally, she went on trips with President Trump and Vice President Trump frequently. The trip included a shady visit to Afghanistan. Kristin utilized her knowledge behind the lens to start Field Mouse Films. The company specialized in producing documentary-style films and was a favorite of corporate clients like Uber, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism at Boston University. Her current residence is Washington, D.C. with her husband and three year old daughter.
